Pricing is based on a SSID fee per coverage zone. Larger cities such as Auckland may have more than one coverage zone per city. For example, Auckland CBD and Manukau City may attract an SSID fee for each zone.
The SSID price is based on the number of Wi-Fi INN nodes needed to provide coverage to the desired area.
Each SSID fee is only a proportion of the total cost of deployment as the costs are shared across a number of SSID owners.
The SSID price assumes delivery of the end user traffic to the nearest Kordia POI.
Kordia™ can provide ISN backhaul and Internet Gateway connectivity for an additional fee per SSID (Kordia™ manages the QoS).
Or if the RSP wants to manage the QoS themselves, Kordia™ can sell ISN and/or Internet Gateway service to an agreed SLA.
Some coverage zone may require third-party backhaul from the Wi-Fi node to the Kordia™ POI. In these cases, Kordia™ will apportion the cost across the SSID owners on that zone as an additional fee.
