Service Specification

Kordia™ Metro Wi-Fi services are based on 802.11b/g technology in the unlicensed 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands.

Due to the nature of Wi-Fi technology and variables (eg end user location when using the service, network and spectrum congestion) Kordia™ cannot guarantee service availability or network performance.

Kordia™ strives to mitigate variables by implementing and managing the Metro Wi-Fi service in an appropriate manner.
