Wayne Brown, Chairman

Wayne Brown (BE FIPENZ FIDNZ) is a registered
engineer who has a suite of privately-owned
companies, with wide-ranging governance
experience in both the private and public sectors.
He is chairman of the Auckland District Health
Board, deputy chairman of Transpower, and
previous chairman roles have included Northland
Health, Tairawhiti District Health (Gisborne), the Land
Transport Safety Authority and network company Vector.
Sector experience has been with Television New Zealand, the Sundance Channel, Hoyts Cinemas and CableTalk.

Phillip Meyer

Phillip Meyer (AFInstD, FNZIM, FAIM) is currently
Chairman of the Australian Financial Services
Group, New Zealand Institute of Management
Central Inc, a Director of Southern Cross
Healthcare Group, Wellington Regional Orchestra
Foundation Inc, a member of the Disciplinary
Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of NZ,
NZX Discipline and a Trustee of the Wellington Zoo Trust and Enterprise New Zealand Trust. Phillip is also Chairman of the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal.

Taari Nicholas

Taari Nicholas (BMS DipDevSt) is a chartered
accountant with extensive experience at senior
levels in funds management and investment
banking. He is a director of Singapore investment
bank, Aegis Private Capital Pte Ltd, Ngati Awa
Group Holdings Limited, Ngati Ruanui Holdings
Limited, Lake Taupo Forest Trust Holdings Limited and a
trustee of Te Huarahi Tika Trust.

Brian Oliver

Brian Oliver is Director of Technical Operations of educational digital media companies, e-cast Limited and e-net Limited. He is a fully qualified telecommunications technician and has significant experience as a communications technician in the Civil Aviation and emergency services sectors. Brian has well-developed relationships with companies internationally within the television, satellite, telecommunications and Internet industries.

Janine Smith

Janine Smith (BCom) is an Auckland-based business adviser specialising in Strategic Planning and Organisational Change. She is a Director of Bank of New Zealand, The Warehouse Group Ltd and The Boardroom Practice Limited; a Trustee of Venture Taranaki Trust and a member of Advisory Boards within the Tertiary Education Sector. She is the Chair of McLarens Young New Zealand and was previously Deputy Chair of Airways Corporation. She is a Director of the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, and previously Chair of Custom Fleet NZ Limited, General Manager and Executive Director of Arnott’s NZ Ltd and Telecom Directories Ltd. Janine is an Alumni of the University of Auckland, and London Business School.
